I am Bhumika Magar of class nine. I study in Ganga Jyoti Higher Secondary School. It is located at Buddhabhumi, Kapilvastu district. There are nearly twenty-five teachers in my school. Most of them are well trained and graduates. But all of them are not quite popular among the students. There is only 1 one teacher who is quite popular among the students and his name is Mr. Dal Bahadur Basnet. He is young man of Forty years. I have been his student for three years. He is smart looking and handsome. He is always smiling. He is healthy and strong too. Basnet is an M. He teaches us Social. He is highly qualified and experienced. He teaches well. He has extraordinary command on his subject. He always applies the suitable teaching method.


He repeats the lesson till we understand. He frequently asks questions during teaching. He is punctual and wants his students to be punctual. Though he is kind to everyone, he is the strictest of all Essay teachers Writing in the school. He pays individual attention to almost all students and encourages the weak ones to work hard. One of the outstanding qualities that makes him very popular among all is that most of the students pass in his subject. Even the poorest do well in his 4 s subject. To learn from him is never boring but always fun. He always respects the talent and creativity of the students. He believes in hard work and sincerity. He is still studious and manages time very skillfully, He keeps himself up-to-date with the current affairs, latest developments and happenings of all sectors.


He is very social and cooperative both f with school administration and students. He is very energetic and enthusiastic. He is the person who cares his health very much. To my knowledge, he has not kept any bad habits such as smoking and drinking. He is highly civilized person. He is possibly the most important member of my school family. The school must be highly indebted to his invaluable service. It is clear that teaching has given him complete satisfaction. He has devoted his life in teaching and shaping the overall development of the students. He has helped to establish teaching as a respectful and worthy profession. It is due to his epitome that many of us have decided to follow teaching as our profession and illuminate the mind of many students.


I think it would be a great service for my nation. I read in a High school. I am a class ten student-we have twenty teachers in our school. Most of them are graduates and trained teachers but all of them are not popular with the student. There is only one teacher in our school who is held in high esteem by all the students. He is MR Sanjiv Shrestha. Sanjiv Shrestha is my favorite teacher. His qualifications are B. Shrestha is a young man of thirty-two. He is tall, healthy, smart looking, and handsome. He wears a pair of spectacles. He is always dressed in the national costume.


He loves to put Daura and surreal. He has a very good habit. He is soft-spoken and well-behaved. He respects his senior and loves junior. Shrestha is popular with the students because he teaches well. He knows the knack of teaching. He is a born teacher. He teaches us geography. He can explain every topic clearly. He explains every topic point by point. When he finishes one point, he asks us a question. If he is satisfied with our answer, then only he passes on to the next point. He encourages us to ask a question. He never gets angry in class. Shrestha dictates notes on every topic. His notes are very valuable. If there is any difficult topic. He writes answers and distributes handouts. He is very painstaking.


He plans and prepares every lesson very carefully. He consults different books. He does not depend solely on the textbook. Shrestha uses the Direct Method of teaching. He brings various teaching aids in the class. He makes frequent use of the diagram, maps, charts, and globes. He lays great stress on the diagram and maps. His drawings are quite good. He shows us different varieties of soil, rocks, plants, flowers, fruits, seeds, etc. Sometimes, he takes us out on study tours. Shrestha bestows individual attention to the students. He takes care of each and every student. Dull students receive special attention. He keeps a record of the progress made by every student. If he makes that student has not satisfactory progress, he makes that student work hard. As a result, no student fails the exam in his subject.


Shrestha is very sociable. He makes free with the students. He mixes freely with the students. He joins us at games, picnics, and functions. He is himself a good sportsman. He often plays with us. He asks us to come to his house if we have any problem, academic or personal. He is ready to help us in whatever way he can. He is a friend, philosopher, and guide to the students. But I like Mr. Deepak Sir very much. All the students love him for his superb way of teaching and humble behaviour. He has a unique way of explaining his methods of solving problems. This way, he makes even the most complex of problems look simple and makes it very easy to understand for all students. He has all favourite teacher qualities in him, and has an exceptional amount of patience, which is one of the reasons why everyone considers him as the best teacher. He explains every question or doubt with so much patience and clarity and makes sure you understand them thoroughly. He has an excellent command of English and unlike most teachers out there for whom writing impositions, formulas and theorems are important, he focuses more on logical reasoning rather than memorising complicated equations. He is very disciplined and punctual and ensures that we follow these principles as well. He understands the importance of time and always comes on time.


He possesses many of such appreciable qualities which are commendable and highly appreciated by students who want to pursue these qualities as well. He is very enthusiastic but he is not too pushy and allows us to make the decisions on our own. He perfectly understands the balance between study and extracurricular activities and helps us stay on track with both. He believes in the overall development of the students and thus encourages students to participate in extracurricular activities. He prepares students for Maths olympiads so that their confidence can be boosted and they excel in a complex subject like Maths. Under his guidance, many students have won prizes in Maths olympiads, and even I have scored the highest marks securing the first position in many Maths competitions.


He is an asset to our school as he has played a massive role in improving the overall image of our school including co-curricular and academic aspects and we students are fortunate to have him. Manish Sir is my favourite teacher because he is very humble, kind and polite. I love his way of teaching. He loves all students and doesn't believe in punishing them. He focuses more on conceptual clarity than burdening students with excessive homeworks. He never scolds students and never expresses his concerns in the form of anger. Instead, he talks to the students personally in a calm manner, in a way that helps us improve and wants to put in more effort. He asks students to be honest with him and always gives equal attention to all the students. He never makes fun of any students and gives extra attention to the weak students.


Whenever a student fails to understand any question or equation, he puts extra effort to make him understand, and never tends to lose patience. He calmly explains no matter how many times he has to repeat the same question or statement. He is focused on making us understand every concept with utmost clarity and that is the reason why all students love him. One of my most favourite qualities of Manish sir is that he keeps track of every student in the class; how they are performing or what are the things they are good at. He constantly keeps an eye out for everyone in the class and helps them to improve themselves and guides them throughout the learning process. He is one of the best teachers in our school who keeps constantly motivating their students and guiding them in all spheres of life.


Manish sir is especially known for not showing even the tiniest amount of favouritism. He treats all his students with an equal amount of fondness and love and cares for every one of us deeply. He is very experienced and full of life. He tends to keep the entire class on a positive note and never exhibits any behaviour that deteriorates other people. He is very sober and has a great sense of humour. His mathematical knowledge is very vast.

A good teacher possesses qualities that a bad teacher does not have. Once we recognize the qualities of a good teacher, we can work to improve the teaching scenario. In the same way, a good teacher is like a friend who helps us in all our difficulties. A good teacher creates an individual learning process that is unique and not mainstream. This allows students to learn the subject better. I am a student of class ten. The name of my school is Govt city School. There are many teachers but eight teachers teach me. Robin bahadur Shrestha has influenced me. He is a trained graduate. He teaches me English in the second period. He is ideal man. So he is my favourite teacher. Shrestha is a storehouse of good qualities. He believes in Simple living and high thinking. His dress is spotlessly dean. But his clothes are neither costly nor foshianable. He hates dirt and smoke. For him cleanliness is next to godliness, his behaviour with his students is like a father, He is honey — tongued.


He is regular. He never leaves his class before time. He is also a good player of cricket. He is a good speaker too. Reasons of my liking — I like Mr. Shrestha very much because he is my teacher but he is my true gurdian. On account of his influence, I have left leaving bed late. I have begun to take interest in games and debates. I have been regular in my studies. My project is always complete with our respected teacher who helps me for this work. Conclusion — Teachers like Mr. Shrestha are rare found these days.


The school where teachers like Mr. Shrestha teach are fortunate. I feel proud of being his student. Such teachers shape the destiny of their students. If you visit my school, you will notice a personality with a gentle smile on his face and spects on his eyes. He is Mr. Naravane, my best teacher. He always wears his favorite white shirt and trousers. His clothes are always clean and neatly ironed. Though he is very simple, he is intelligent. He teaches us English, the language which dances on the tip of his tongue. He teaches us with almost devotion.


He tells us many antonyms, synonyms, proverbs and idioms which add to the treasure of our vocabulary. Naravane Sir is a born teacher. He is very good at teaching and experienced at managing the class. The method he uses to teach is developed by his own. We are never mere listeners during his period. He takes our active participation while teaching he makes the subject so easy that even a dunce can understand the language. He never scolds or shouts at us. He is always very quiet and soothing. He has a very humorous style of teaching which keeps the class active and lively.


He has a deep concern and true affection for students. He has a deep understanding for the problems of the students and is ready to solve them He always lends a hand of help to the students in need; He supplies them books and sometimes money for fees also. He gives free teaching to poor students. In return he expects success and bright future. Naravane Sir is always sincere and dutiful at his work. Simple Style of life and high level of thought and behavior are his Ideals. To help to build up the career and character of students is the aim of his life. So for us he is something more than a teacher.

He makes free with the students. Students tend to make fun of him because of his accent but he make fun of it himself, which gets even funnier. English is always my favorite subject and I am planning to study English Literature in the future. Going to his lessons is something we look forward to, not dread, like we do with most other lessons.
